We have been using Home Star cleaning services since 2019 after being recommended by a friend. We have found them to be professional throughout and will go over and above to find suitable cover during holiday periods. All of the ladies we have had have been punctual and polite and left the house spotless. The rates are also competitive yet affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Star Cleaning.

Our family has used Home Star Cleaning for nearly ten years. I do like to come home on the day when the cleaning lady is there. The house would be so inviting and everything in order and clean.
If your dedicated lady is on holiday you will receive notifications well in advance. You'll be offered a cover lady if you wish.
Communication is always clear and well-timed. All the staff is very friendly and professional.

I've been using Home Star Cleaning for around 6 years now and have always found them to be excellent. The office is super efficient and always has my correct information and billing details, and takes note of any holiday requests that I don't need a cleaner for diligently.

I've had a few different cleaners over this period of time as some have moved off to do other work. They've always been excellent and very professional. They do a really good job and leave my house looking pristine.

I occasionally get emails informing me of a price increase, so that the cleaners can be paid a decent wage, which I fully support.

I recommend Home Star Cleaning. We have used them for years. The standard of cleaning is exceptional and we've always been very impressed with the communications from the management. We always get plenty of notice if a cleaner goes on holiday or can't make a certain day. They go out of their way to find cover.
