Hello and very warm welcome to the Home Star Cleaning Services. I don’t know how about you, but I always like reading “Our Story” page. This takes you through those first steps, vision, falls and success and why we are still here after nearly of two decades.
So, it’s all started in 2007, by me and two small children (they are young adults now!) distributing door to door leaflets. Soon, my phone had started ringing, first booking was done, and the journey started.
Slowly, but surely Home Star Cleaning Services has expanded from cleaning private houses in Petts Wood, Chislehurst, Orpington, Bromley to the local shops, schools, offices and other premises. Through a word-of-mouth recommendation, we have shown a growing trust and demand to our services and this hasn’t changed.
My goal was to create a personalised cleaning services together with a dedicated team and customer service ladies overseeing every step of the daily operations and helping our customers. To this day, they are totally committed to an excellence and satisfaction, which proved that building a long-lasting relationship is a beautiful sentiment that goes beyond just a business transaction.
So, here we are today – family based local cleaning agency with an individualised approach, hardworking team of cleaning ladies and a great bunch of the local people as our customers. Simple things in life can give a great pleasure and having a clean house is certainly one of them. Precious moments, like time to read book, have coffee with a friend or just do nothing, cannot be underestimated. That’s why we are still here and waiting to help you to lighten your cleaning burden.

Soon I learnt that many working families ask for cleaning help as they need more free quality time with family and children. It makes me a very proud business owner because many of our customers are still with us since we started in 2007.
My main goal was to create a company where customers feel welcome, staff are happy to work and we can delivery high-quality cleaning services. Today we clean a significant number of private houses around Bromley, as well as business premises such as offices, restaurants, and clinics and we only expect to grow stronger and bigger.

Three lovely, dedicated ladies are here every day to help with the new and existing customer queries, solving daily problems and just being one step ahead. They are a strong building bridge between our customers and the cleaning team or otherwise just “heart and soul” of the Home Star Cleaning Services.
Has been with us for over 7 years and simply speaking knows everything about our lovely customers. Always planning daily tasks in advance to ensure customers receive timely services, replacement ladies are allocated, dealing with any unexpected events.
Just a great, lovely lady bridging our customers and cleaning ladies. Always here to help, nothing is too much for here.

We fully understand your concerns about allowing someone new into your house. Therefore, we always take the following documents from our cleaning ladies:
Proof of address (such as utility bills, council tax, property renting contract)
Proof of identity (passport, driving licence)
Work permit
National Insurance Number
References
Details of next of kin for emergency
No cleaner would be given any work without providing the required documents or references.
